General Graduate Tuition Per Semester (Resident)
For Summer 2008, Fall 2008, Spring 2009

Students who have applied for, and been accepted into a program leading to a graduate degree pay tuition and fees according to the following schedule.
Upper-Division Business Courses. All students, regardless of class standing, taking upper-division Business Courses, will be charged an additional $53.00 per credit hour for credits taken in upper-division courses (3000-5999) in the School of Business.
Business Masters Courses. All students, regardless of class standing, taking Business Masters Courses, will be charged an additional $196.00 per credit hour for credits taken in graduate level courses in the School of Business.
Special Course Fees. For those courses requiring them, special fees are shown in a column of the course listings. These fees, which must be paid with tuition, are in addition to regular tuition and mandatory fee charges.
Activity Fee. The activity fee consists of the following fees: ASUU, Athletic, Fine Arts, Health, Publications Council, Recreation.
Mandatory Fees. Other mandatory fees are included in the amount on the Tuition and Fees schedule listed above. For more information about what is covered in the mandatory fees, refer to the Class Schedule Student Handbook for the current semester.
Summer term tuition and fees. Both resident and nonresident students are assessed resident tuition and fees consistent with Summer term policies.
Matriculation Fee ($70.00). This fee will be assessed of all undergraduate students entering the University of Utah for the first time. This fee covers the cost of the new student orientation, credit evaluation, writing placement exam, graduation evaluation, and registration with the Career Services Center. Students admitted before Fall Semester 1999 will be required to pay for graduation evaluation.
Online Tuition Payment. You can pay your tuition online using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). You must access the Campus Information System to use this option. The Campus Information System is available most hours of the day, however, system maintenance is scheduled between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (US Mountain Time) daily and the system may be unavailable during this time.
