Please review the following links before sending mail to webmaster. The majority of the questions we receive have already been answered on these pages:
Note: Webmaster cannot reset PINs or give out Student IDs; you must call the Registrar's Office at 581-8969 for these functions.
If your question is not answered in the pages listed above, send email to
webmaster@acs.utah.edu. Be prepared to include:
- Complete description of the problem
- Browser name and version number (example: Netscape 2.01, Internet Explorer 3.02)
- Operating system (example: Windows 95, Windows NT, Macintosh)
- Exact page on which you received error (example: https://www.acs.utah.edu/bin/student/GetPin)
- Exact wording of error message - on most Windows systems, you can highlight the text on the screen, press CTRL+C to copy it, and then CTRL+V to paste it into your email message.
- Access method (example: U Student account, AOL, Xmission, work connection)
