late add procedures for registered students

  • After the 14th calendar day of the term through the census deadline, the signature of the instructor and payment of tuition and fees is required to add a course.
  • After the census deadline, signatures of the instructor, department chair, and college dean, as well as payment of tuition and fees are required to add a course. A late fee of $50 will be assessed per class.
  • Late add forms are available on the second floor of the Student Services Building, window 13 during regular business hours.
  • After you obtain the required signature(s) on the late add form, tuition and any applicable late add fees must be paid to the Income Accounting Office (165 SSB) before the class(es) will be added to your semester schedule.
  • Once tuition and fees have been paid, return the late add form to the Registration/Records Division by the deadline listed on the form. The Registration Office is located on the second floor of the Student Services Building, window 13.
  • You may not add term-length and first session classes if your classes were cancelled for non-payment of tuition. Go to Tuition Bill and Payment for more information.
  • For additional calendar dates, visit the online University Academic Calendar.
