registration appointments

You may not attend a University course unless you are officially registered and your name appears on the class roll.
  • RETURNING ADMITTED STUDENTS are assigned a registration appointment during scheduled registration based on class level and the number of hours completed at the University.
  • HOURS COMPLETEDYEAR (CLASS)
    0-29First (Freshman)
    30-59Second (Sophomore)
    60-89Third (Junior)
    90 to GraduationFourth (Senior)
  • Continuing students can check their registration appointment date and time by logging into the Campus Information System and clicking on, "View your registration dates."
  • NEWLY ADMITTED FRESHMEN AND TRANSFER STUDENTS must attend a new student orientation session prior to registering for classes. New students will be mailed information regarding orientation sessions, graduation requirements and registration priority.
  • GRADUATE STUDENTS will be scheduled for a registration appointment. David Eccles School of Business graduate students will receive registration instructions from the Admissions Office as well as the School of Business. Law and medical students will receive registration information by mail from their respective programs.
