In a continuing effort to improve our services at the University of Utah, the Registrar's Office has developed a web-based system that allows faculty and departments to directly submit grades online. This new online process which replaces the printed grade sheets will be implemented Fall Semester 2004.

• Grades can be submitted from anywhere with an Internet connection.
• Instructors will have an additional week to submit grades.
• Short term courses can be graded once the class ends.
• Completed grade rosters will be available for viewing on the web indefinitely.
• Grade rosters will display up-to-date enrollment information, e.g., late adds and "W" grades.
• Primary instructors can authorize others, including administrative assistants and T.A.s, to assist with grading.
• In addition to saving time and money, this new process will insure grading accuracy.
