instructions for credit card module 
 

    The campus credit card module is managed by ACS. This and the following web pages give the technical information for utilizing the module. Please remember to complete the Prerequisites before contacting anyone for technical help.
 

In order to use the credit card module, please make sure that you have completed the following steps:
  1. Contact the E-Commerce Office at ecommerce@media.utah.edu or 581-6113
  2. Complete the Application for Online credit card for e-commerce.
  3. Receive an approval response from your application.
  4. Receive your application type number from Income Accounting.
  5. Create your Order ID number. This number will identify the payment for you. If you do not supply one, the ACS systems will create one. If you wish to easily track payments for a particular item, simply make the order id the number which identifies (in your systems) the item which is being paid for.
