How can I get training on PeopleSoft, KRONOS, BRASS or Citrix?
Training is available for all administrative systems through Educational Technology in the Academic Outreach and Continuing Education Department (AOCE). For more information see their website at www.edtech.utah.edu

Can Administrative Computing Services link my department's web page to the Universities home page?
You should contact the uwebmaster to link a department web page to the Universities home page

Who should I contact if I am having trouble accessing the Administrative Financial Services web applications?
The correct person to notify is the webmaster in ACS. There should be a link at the bottom of the Administrative Financial Pages to the webmaster.

I am getting error messages on PeopleSoft, BRASS, or KRONOS, what should I do?
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, please contact your LAN manager for assistance before calling CNOC. If your LAN manager is unable to solve your problem then refer to Client Support web site www.acs.utah.edu/clientsupport/csg.htm , or contact CNOC at 581-4000. If you are having password problems with Citrix, contact CNOC to connect you with the Client Support Group, and they can reset it for you.

How do I get access to the Employee Services Web System?
Access to the employee Web Systems is via your Employee ID and a PIN number. You received an 8-digit employee ID number when you were hired at the University, this is your ID for the system. Default PIN numbers are either your month/day/year (MMDDYY) or month/day (MMDD) of birth. You will be asked to change your PIN immediately after you have entered the system, review the Help on the ID and PIN screen for information about changing your PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN number then contact CNOC Help Desk to have your PIN reset to your birth date, again this will need to be changed upon entering the system.

Can you post an answer to my ACS Department Question?
