Campus Help Desk has joined forces with others on
campus to create a central help desk. Traffic is routed through the campus
help desk located in Research Park with Telecommunications. Campus help desk provides
a single point of contact for anyone to report computing problems or receive
assistance with computing and networking issues, such as: passwords, user
ID setups, connectivity and requests for forms. All campus calls should be
directed to the campus help desk, then, if and when it's appropriate, issues will be reffered
to other campus resources. The number to reach the campus help desk is 581-4000.
